Late Cancellation

Please call at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment the day of, or if you are a “No-Show” a fee of the total amount due for appointment will be collected.

What time should I expect my appointment?

Please understand that due to the very nature of being mobile we will occasionally be late for an appointment (traffic accidents, weather, etc.) and cannot be held liable for unavoidable time delays.

Pet Release Form

In the best interest of your pet, we request your permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment should it become necessary. I hereby grant permission to this grooming establishment to obtain emergency veterinary treatment for my pet at my expense. I will not hold this grooming establishment responsible for accident or injury to my pet.
