Do you offer De-matting services?

I always have the pet’s best interest in mind. If an animal comes in extremely matted, I refuse to hurt the animal because of the owner’s neglect. This is not to say that it becomes cruel. At that point I will refuse.

Does frequent bathing dryout the skin and coat?

No! We use very mild shampoos and conditioning. Regular baths can improve your pet’s skin and coat.

What time should I expect my appointment?

Please understand that due to the very nature of being mobile we will occasionally be late for an appointment (traffic, accidents, weather, etc.), and cannot be held liable for unavoidable time delays.

How long pet grooming takes?

Typically most does take about 2-4 hours, depending on the style of cut, size of the pet, coat condition, hair length, etc.

Why can’t I watch while my pet is being groomed?

This can cause the dogs to become over excited or jump which it turn could cause them to be injured. Groomers use sharp scissors and blades around very sensitive areas that could easily cut or nick.

How often should I groom my dog?

Every 1 to 6 weeks depending on there breed, hair type, and activity level. Does your dog live indoors or outdoors, and does your dog sleep in your bed? If you dog lives in your house with you and more importantly, if he/she sleeps in your bed, then you are probably going to wash your dog regularly depending on the breed anywhere from once a week to once a month.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so minimum 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment the day of, or if you are a “no show”, a fee of the total amount due for appointment will be collected. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
